Office to PDF Premium allows the direct conversion of documents into PDF files. The software sets up additional toolbars or menus in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as in Windows explorer.

Additional data to PDF

Meta data like tables of contents, internal and web links, form fields, comments, footers, headers or security settings can automatically be imported into the PDF file. For the software Word, Excel and PowerPoint mutual as well as software specific meta information can be added.

Saving conversion profiles

The settings for the conversion in PDF are saved in profiles and thus do not have to be defined again for each new conversion. This applies for the PDF settings as well as for the settings for the import of the meta information.
